We typically deliver within 3–5 business days across Lebanon. For custom orders, please allow 1–2 weeks for crafting plus delivery time. We'll keep you updated via WhatsApp throughout the process.
Absolutely! Many of our products are customizable. You can request custom engravings, specific dimensions, or a completely unique design. Just reach out on WhatsApp with your idea, and we'll provide a quote.
We primarily work with Lebanese olive wood, walnut, cedar, pine, and oak. Each wood type has unique characteristics — olive wood for its rich grain, cedar for its aroma, walnut for its dark elegance. We select the best wood for each product.
To maintain your piece, avoid prolonged exposure to water and direct sunlight. For cutting boards and trays, apply food-safe mineral oil monthly. For decorative items, a soft dry cloth is sufficient. We include care instructions with every order.

We accept cash on delivery (COD) across Lebanon. For custom orders, we may require a 50% deposit via OMT or Whish transfer. All payment details are confirmed via WhatsApp before production begins.
